Inspiron 24-5477 AIO, height adjustable stand?

I'm seriously considering purchasing an Inspiron 24 5000 (5477) All-In-One desktop, but noticed that it doesn't have a height adjustable stand. Instead, it only comes with a basic tilt stand. However, it is apparently VESA compliant according to Dell support:

The equivalent Optiplex 7460 which appears to have the same chassis, same dimensions, screen size & stand mounting back-plate, does have a height adjustable stand:

Further to this, the height adjustable stand for the Optiplex 7460 can be purchased separately as an accessory from Dell:

Does anybody know if this height adjustable stand will also be compatible with the Inspiron 5477? Dell sales have advised that it isn't because it's not listed as a compatible product but are looking in to this for me further. Considering that the 2 models looking identical to one another & that these are quite niche products, I can't imagine that Dell would manufacturer 2 different chassis for these models?

I also have an existing Dell U2312HM monitor with height adjustable stand. Again, I wonder if this would also be compatible with the Inspiron 24 5477?

Would appreciate any comment or feedback from a Dell product specialist, as this is currently the only thing stopping me from buying.

Thank you for your message. The Inspiron has tilt & articulating stand (60 degrees) but is not height adjustable.

Even the screw for the tilt stand is different, the 5477 uses an M3x5 whereas the OptiPlex uses an M3x9 screw set.

Thanks for your reply.  I'm not sure if the type or size of screw is relevant for the height adjustable stand?  The height adjustable stand is installed on the OptiPlex 7460 by just snapping the tabs in to the back of the chassis:

To install the height adjustable stand onto the computer: a Align the tabs on the height adjustable stand with the slots on the back cover [1]. b Snap the height adjustable stand into place on the back cover [2].

Installing the articulating stand for the Inspiron 5477 appears to use the same technique - utilizing the tabs not screws.  The screws only appear relevant to the basic stand, which seems to have a small extra cover.

The following procedure applies only to computers that are shipped with an articulating stand. Align the tabs on the stand with the slots on the back cover and snap the stand into place on the back cover.

Therefore, I would hope that this means that the height adjustable stand is compatible with the Inspiron tabs?

It'd be a shame if Dell don't offer height adjustable monitors for the Inspiron/home user range. It's just as important to me at home, as it is at work. If it's not compatible, I'll guess I'll have to look at alternative manufacturers/models. I see that Lenovo sell an AIO with an adjustable stand.

Judging by the following photos, the stand mount sockets seem to be the same on the Inspiron & Optiplex models.  The only slight difference, seems to be the 2 additional screw holes on the Inspiron model for the pedestal stand:
